When should I provide transportation information to my guests?

Communicate transportation information at three key points. First: in the invitation, including parking recommendations, public transportation directions, and any shuttle arrangements. Second: in the reminder email sent 48 hours before the event, reiterating the transportation details, providing a route link, and listing shuttle times. Third time: on the day of the event at the entrance, with signage for parking directions and shuttle boarding points. Also consider an event app or a simple webpage with all transportation information. Guests who are on their way want to be able to quickly find where they need to be on their phones.
