For events with up to 200 guests, two certified first aiders with a fully stocked first aid kit are usually sufficient. For 200 to 500 guests: at least four first aiders and a permanent first aid station. For events with more than 500 guests or activities involving increased risk (sports, water, extreme heat), you should engage a professional medical service with emergency response personnel, an AED, and, if necessary, a nurse. Always ensure that the first aid station is clearly visible and that every team member knows the full address of the location in case 911 needs to be called.
