Start with the event concept and the organization’s identity. Ask yourself three questions: What is the occasion for the event (anniversary, product launch, kick-off)? What is the atmosphere you want to convey (informal, exclusive, energetic, understated)? And which brand identity or industry-specific sensibility fits this? Translate those answers into a color palette, choice of materials (wood, metal, textiles), and a single recurring theme that appears in the entrance, tables, and stage. Decor that isn’t based on a concept feels random, even if every element is beautiful on its own.
