The tax-free allowance in 2026 will be the same as in 2025: 2% up to €400,000 and 1.18% above that amount. Starting January 1, 2027, the tax-free allowance for payroll up to €400,000 will increase to 2.16%. This offers slightly more flexibility. Always consult your tax advisor for the current rates.
