Although renting a venue saves you money, there are costs associated with catering, technical equipment (lighting, sound), furniture, decorations, and possibly restroom facilities. Expect to spend €50–€150 per person. The major advantage: under the WKR scheme, these costs are tax-exempt when incurred at your own workplace.
