That depends on the location, the number of participants, and the time of day. For locations outside city centers, a shuttle service is the best solution: sustainable, shared, and no parking stress. If everyone is meeting at a common departure point, a group bus is both enjoyable and efficient. For car-friendly locations, clear parking information is sufficient.
For evening events where alcohol is served, always include a transportation option for the return trip: a taxi, an Uber code, or a late-night shuttle.
The rule of thumb: make it easier than easy for participants. Every hurdle you remove increases turnout.
