When a minister visits, he or she is received by the highest-ranking official of the hosting organization, such as the CEO or chairperson. The title used is “Your Excellency.” The minister has a pre-determined itinerary, which you will receive through his or her communications department. This itinerary specifies the arrival time, duration of the visit, speaking engagement, and departure time. Improvisation is not an option. Expect a visit lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
