What program elements are suitable for an inclusive event?

Inclusive program elements are activities in which everyone can participate at their own level, without there being a "winner." Examples include: interactive workshops with small groups (suitable for both introverts and extroverts), a keynote address by a diverse speaker that resonates with multiple groups, a meal with a wide variety of menu options that sparks conversation, and an optional relaxation session (participation is not required).

Avoid: competitive team sports, physically demanding activities, karaoke as a mandatory activity, and alcohol-focused get-togethers as the only opportunity for socializing. Variety in format is key.
