The cost per person depends heavily on the type of event. For a corporate happy hour, expect to pay €25–75 per person; for a staff party or company party, €100–250 per person; and for a conference, €200–450 per person. A gala or awards ceremony can easily cost €250–600 per person, while an incentive or client event can run as high as €1,500 per person.
Don’t forget the hidden costs: VAT (21%), parking facilities, security, and cleaning add up to 10–15% of the base quote. Be sure to include a contingency reserve of at least 10%.
