Speaker fees vary widely. A local expert or up-and-coming speaker charges €500–1,500. A nationally recognized figure charges €3,000–10,000. International keynote speakers charge €10,000–50,000 or more. Travel expenses are almost never included in the fee, so always ask for a total price.
Would you like to film and publish the presentation? If so, you’ll need explicit permission, which incurs an additional fee. For bookings over €2,000, always use a written contract with a clear cancellation policy.
