What should be included in an event plan?

A comprehensive event script includes: a contact list (always at the top), a minute-by-minute timeline, technical cues for lighting and sound, catering breaks, contingency plans, and communication protocols.

At the top, you’ll always find the contact list, including the name, title, and phone number of everyone involved that day. Because if something goes wrong, you won’t have time to look it up.
