Start planning at least three to six months in advance. Popular venues and performers book up quickly, especially in the fall—the peak season for company parties.
The planning process is divided into phases: first, finalize the concept and the date; then, book the venue and key vendors; next, work out the program in detail; and finally, begin communicating with your team.
Are you organizing it yourself? Expect to spend 150 to 300 hours on preparation. By working with an event planning agency, you’ll save most of that time. We’ll coordinate everything: from the initial brainstorming session to the follow-up after the party.
