Most kick-offs last half a day (3–4 hours) or a full day (6–8 hours). A half-day format works well for a concise message with a plenary program. A full day allows for more in-depth exploration through workshops and breakout sessions.
Our tip: It’s better to have a tight four-hour program than a drawn-out eight-hour one. The energy level should be higher at the end than at the beginning.
