Which security service is responsible for royal guests?

The Royal Security Service (DKB) is responsible for members of the royal family. For government officials such as ministers, the Royal and Diplomatic Security Service (DKDB) is responsible. These services will contact you directly once the presence of the protected individual has been confirmed. They always conduct a preliminary reconnaissance of the location: they assess access routes, emergency exits, parking facilities for the motorcade, and potential “safe rooms.” Your task is to facilitate that reconnaissance and designate a single point of contact.
