AI can recommend a program, but it cannot design one. Based on attendee profiles, a recommendation algorithm can suggest which parallel sessions are most relevant to whom. This is a valuable addition for large conferences with many options. But the creative concept, the program logic, the speaker selection, and the dramaturgy—that is human work. AI doesn’t understand why an opening moment is emotionally important or why a certain sequence builds energy in the room. Designing an event program requires creativity and context that AI lacks.
