Team Menzis is going for gold!

We converted the reception hall of the Menzis headquarters in Wageningen into a TV studio. No meeting room with lukewarm coffee, but lights, pace, and that healthy tension: 3, 2, 1... live.

When 900 colleagues logged in, they weren't greeted with yet another online meeting. They stepped into their own Olympic Games. Sofie van den Enk was at the desk. The Buzzmaster worked overtime with polls and sharp questions.

We rarely choose the easy route. Commitment only comes when people are truly awake.

Het werkte. De energie rond de nieuwe koers knalde door de schermen. Strategie kan licht en strak tegelijk zijn. Door het 'Serieus Leuk' te doen, werd een zakelijke kick-off iets waar mensen het nu nog over hebben.
