Team Menzis is going for gold!

We converted the reception hall of the Menzis headquarters in Wageningen into a TV studio. No meeting room with lukewarm coffee, but lights, pace, and that healthy tension: 3, 2, 1... live.

When 900 colleagues logged in, they weren't greeted with yet another online meeting. They stepped into their own Olympic Games. Sofie van den Enk was at the desk. The Buzzmaster worked overtime with polls and sharp questions.

We rarely choose the easy route. Commitment only comes when people are truly awake.

It worked. The energy surrounding the new direction burst through the screens. Strategy can be light and sleek at the same time. By doing it "Seriously Fun," a business kick-off became something people are still talking about today.
