We opened the doors of an offshore company and suddenly it all clicked: 4,000 guests saw where mom or dad goes every Monday.

Children pulled on robot arms. Parents looked around drilling platforms at sea with VR glasses. Grandparents saw technology that is normally hidden behind fences and access cards. A world that often feels far away was now right in front of them.

We made it a day full of action. Routes to try and play. Workshops where little hands really built something. Guided tours that made adults quietly say "wow."
